The Accent Prime, patented by Alma, provides excellent fat reduction and body contouring treatments by combining ultrasound and radiofrequency technologies, delivering fast and remarkably visible results, even in the most stubborn areas.
The effectiveness of our cellulite treatment lies in the combination of radiofrequency and cavitation technologies, which penetrate the skin and fat tissue. Ultrasound stimulates the metabolism of fat tissue and reduces the size of fat cells, while radiofrequency waves exert their skin tightening effects. The waves heat the underlying tissues, causing the collagen fibers to contract, resulting in firmness in the treated area and stimulating collagen production. The outcome is smoother, tighter, and more elastic skin.
The Accent Prime utilizes the patented Cold Ultrasound Shear technology, selectively targeting fat cells while leaving the surrounding tissues unharmed. The cross-directional vibrations disrupt and destroy fat cells, which are then permanently eliminated from the body through the lymphatic system. The treatment is preceded by a consultation with our trained specialist, who assesses your suitability and creates a plan or recommends a medical consultation if necessary.
The number of sessions is determined based on the consultation. Even one treatment can bring measurable results in centimeters, but if the patient does not follow the recommended instructions, the results may not be drastic.
At our clinic, we perform body contouring using the Alma Lasers Accent Prime™ machine. We first apply the effects with the ultrasound module, followed by the radiofrequency module on the selected area. The size of the treatment heads and the duration and intensity of the fat reduction and firming can be individually adjusted for maximum personalized effectiveness.
The procedure is painless and can take 20-60 minutes depending on the body area. The series of treatments can consist of 3-5-8-12 sessions, with a minimum of 1 week between each session. After a 3-month break, the series can be repeated if desired.
Do not apply any cosmetics to the targeted area on the day of the treatment, and avoid tanning beds for the two days prior to the treatment.
The results can be measured in centimeters as the fat tissues soften, and the weight loss continues in the following weeks. Mild redness may occur immediately after the treatment, but it will subside within a few hours. No post-treatment care is required, and you can immediately resume your daily activities, including exercise.
For optimal effectiveness, it is recommended to engage in at least 15 minutes of daily walking and consume a minimum of 2.5 liters of water per day to support the lymphatic system.
