Wrinkle Filling with Hyaluronic Acid
For achieving the desired results in wrinkle filling, hyaluronic acid is the fastest and most effective method.
During our treatments, we exclusively use high-quality hyaluronic acid sourced directly from Sweden to ensure a smooth and complication-free filling process.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring carbohydrate found in the human body, present in all of our tissues. Since it is not of animal origin, it is a natural substance, making allergic reactions rare.
It is a tissue-friendly material that naturally breaks down over time. The absorption period varies individually, typically lasting around 10-12 months. This depends on the specific product used and the individual's body response.
Hyaluronic acid wrinkle filling is necessary when you have wrinkles that bother you and you desire a more youthful appearance.
The treatment is preceded by a consultation with our plastic surgeon, during which the treatment plan is discussed and established. This is followed by scheduling an appointment for the wrinkle filling procedure.
The filling is performed using local anesthesia with a numbing (lidocaine) cream, which is applied to the treated area 20 minutes before the procedure.
Subsequently, using small injections, small amounts of hyaluronic acid are introduced under the skin.
In the following 1-2 days, it is recommended to use a cooling gel as the treated area may swell and have redness.
During the first 24 hours, it is important not to touch or apply pressure on the treated area, as it may still be sensitive. The swelling caused by the needle punctures will subside within 2-3 days, and the final results will be visible at this point. It is advisable to avoid sunbeds, extreme cold and heat, as well as cosmetic procedures for another 1-2 weeks.
The treatment is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or if there is a skin condition present in the treated area.
To maintain the desired results, it is recommended to repeat the treatment annually.
