The Benefits of Body FX

  • Body FX uses a technology that deeply and evenly heats the tissues, achieving and maintaining an optimal temperature endpoint during the treatment to prevent atrophic damage.
  • Its temperature control is active and continuous, ensuring that the treated area does not overheat. This makes it much safer and more effective compared to other technologies. 
  • Negative pressure is applied to the skin and fat tissue through vacuum assistance.
  • Clinical studies have shown a 30% adipocyte apoptosis (cell death) at a depth of 2.5 cm and a 13.7% neocollagenesis (new collagen synthesis) in the skin.

When is Body FX not recommended?

  • Severe health conditions (untreated high blood pressure, heart, kidney, and liver diseases, epilepsy, etc.) Pregnancy and breastfeeding Cancer (past or present), melanoma Permanent implants in the treated area Pacemaker, defibrillator Bleeding disorders Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, rashes), open wounds in the treated area Uncontrolled endocrine disorders Use of anticoagulants in the past 10 days Use of isotretinoin in the preceding 6 months Any surgery in the treated area in the preceding 3 months. It is important to consult with the treating physician and refrain from undergoing the treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the patient's condition.

Possible side effects:

  • During the treatment, mild pain, discomfort, redness, and swelling (edema) may occur, which are typical reactions but these symptoms usually subside within 24 days. There is a possibility of damage to the natural structure of the skin (burns, blisters, crusts), changes in pigmentation, scarring, or vacuum bruising.
