Booking

  • We strive to provide maximum service, comfort, and tranquility to all our valued patients and guests. To secure the preferred appointment time, we recommend booking it immediately after the treatment or examination, either in person at the reception, by phone, or via email.

For Cosmetic Treatments

  • Each treatment is preceded by a free consultation, where you have the opportunity to discuss the treatment details, exclude contraindications, and establish a personalized treatment plan.
  •  If you wish to undergo the treatment combined with the consultation, a brief preliminary phone consultation is necessary. This is important to ensure that there are no exclusionary factors, thus saving our guests from unnecessary steps.
  •  If the consultation and treatment are conducted together, the appointment becomes final with the payment of a 30% deposit (booking fee) by bank transfer or in person.
  •  Appointment confirmation is subject to the payment of the booking fee (30%) for all treatments.

For Medical Care and Laboratory Services

  • If we cannot provide an appointment for a specific consultation, we maintain a waiting list for those patients who request notification in case of any cancellations, allowing them to receive prompt medical care.
  • Booking certain high-value medical procedures becomes final with a 30% advance payment.

Hygiene

Although it seems that we can leave the horrors of the global pandemic behind us, we still attach great importance to hygiene.

  • We kindly ask all visitors to wash or disinfect their hands upon arrival using the hand sanitizer located at the reception desk.
  •  While wearing a face mask is no longer mandatory at our clinic, we encourage our patients to wear it if it provides them with a sense of security.
  • We pay special attention to the disinfection of surfaces that are manually touched, such as doorknobs, doorbells, light switches, reception desks, tables, chairs, and treatment areas.
  • Each room in our clinic is equipped with a clinical air purification system.
  • We use Airfree air purifiers, which silently neutralize 99.99% of allergens and air pollutants (pollen, mold spores, bacteria, viruses, volatile organic compounds).

Delay

We kindly ask our patients to arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to ensure a comfortable arrival and complete necessary paperwork. We would like to inform our valued guests that our schedule is tight, so significant delays may result in a shorter duration or the inability to provide all services.

Waiting

Our doctors strive for maximum attention and thoroughness for each patient, which is the cornerstone of their recognized work. However, due to unforeseen urgent cases that may require additional treatment time, delays may occur in the schedule.

We understand that waiting can be inconvenient for our patients, but there are urgent cases that unexpectedly require more treatment time. Therefore, it is important to approach each other with empathy since anyone may require more time with their treating physician than originally scheduled.

To make the waiting time more pleasant, we provide coffee, tea, and refreshing water for all our patients.

Cancellation Policy

For Cosmetic Treatments:

  • If you wish to cancel or modify your scheduled appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 
  • Cancellations or failure to appear for the appointment within 48 hours will result in the conversion of the booking fee into a standing fee. 
  • Clients with prepaid packages or multiple appointments will lose one session in case of cancellation within 48 hours or failure to appear for the appointment.

For Medical Care:

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. 
  • Cancellations or failure to appear for the appointment without notice within 48 hours will result in a charge of 50% of the basic service fee as a standing fee. 
  • In case of cancellation within 48 hours or failure to appear for the appointment, booking the next appointment is possible only with the prepayment of the full fee for the basic service.
  • Cancellation of an appointment within 48 hours or failure to appear for the appointment without notification will result in the conversion of the booking fee for high-value medical procedures into an availability fee.

Children at the Clinic

If you cannot arrange childcare during your visit to the clinic, we are happy to welcome your children. We love children, but please note that we are currently not equipped to entertain or supervise them.

Animals at the Clinic

Due to performing healthcare services and medical aesthetic procedures while following the strictest sterility protocols required by the National Public Health and Medical Officer Service (ANTSZ), it is strictly prohibited to bring any animals into our clinic. Although we have our own beloved pets and would love to spend more time with them, the clinic is not the place for them. Thank you for your understanding!

Smoking and mind-altering substances

Smoking is prohibited within the clinic premises. Smoking is only permitted at least 5 meters away from the entrance of the building. We kindly ask our patients/guests not to arrive under the influence of alcohol.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment to individuals under the influence of mind-altering substances.

Gift Vouchers

We issue gift vouchers for any of our treatments or for any chosen amount, regardless of the treatment. For more information, please contact our reception colleagues!
